Subscription Information
All Ozpost modules have a 60 day free trial period. After this period the server will cease to provide you with valid quotes and will display an alert to inform you of the problem.
Early subscriptions are valid from the end of your trial (or current expiry) period.
IMPORTANT: Please do NOT update your subscription if you are having problems. If your subscription has expired you will be clearly informed on this fact. You will not solve any other problem by subscribing.
A common assumption is that expired subscriptions have their access to the servers blocked. This will never be the case. Your store needs to be able to connect to our servers to check the subscription status. It cannot do this if we block access.
If you do have another problem please contact us. We will do all we can to help find a solution. We want you to be happy with the service before accepting financial support.
When ordering, the system will attempt to update your subscription upon placement of your order. It first attempts to match the STORE NAME and POSTCODE and if this fails it will attempt to match your store URL.
To help ensure your subscription is updated without any delay we advise that you enter your storename/postcode rather than the URL. The name and postcode of your store can found (and configured) under the global settings for your particular store. They are not ‘Ozpost’ settings.
