I’ve just subscribed/resubscribed, how long does it take for the details to be updated.

We have recently (June 2011) introduced an automating system whereby most updates are instantaneous. However, for this to work reliably you must enter your STORE NAME and POSTCODE when placing your order.
In cases where the automatic update doesn’t work we will manually process your order within 24 hours of payment. Please contact us if it takes any longer.
